As we bring this program to Canada, the free virtual program will run from the week of September 18th to November 27th for 10 weeks, with one session per week on a school day after school hours. Students will learn about advocacy and campaigning, storytelling, public speaking, mobile journalism, blog writing, child participation & rights, and online safety. They will also get to connect with youth advocates from Brazil and Bangladesh! Upon completion, they will receive 15-20 volunteer hours and a program certification.
